Loosing weight is almost never an easy undertaking.  Its packed with complications – emotional, spiritual, nutritional, physical complications – that get in our way.  But it is possible to overcome the obstacles that trip us up.  You can BE the healthy, active, fullfilled person you are meant to be. 

But HOW?  There are four components to weight loss that will last.   Eating healthy foods, being active, growing on the inside, and finding the support that you need.
